Scope of Work & Features:

• Plant & Equipment Room Setup: Layout, mounting, and manifold pipework for heavy pumps, chlorinators, heat exchangers, and filters.
• Wet-Area Waterproofing: Commercial-grade liquid and sheet membrane application across all wet subfloors, basements, and pool decks.
• Plumbing & Pressure Testing: High-pressure PVC/PPR pipe routing, manifold distribution, and 48-hour hydrostatic line testing before backfilling.
• Electrical & Control Panels: IP-rated outdoor control panels, grounding circuits, and automated timers compliant with Saudi electrical codes.

Project Management Standards:

• On-site engineering supervision from rough-in to final client handover.
• Full testing, system documentation, and operational staff training.
